PMBOK® Foundation and PMP/CAPM Examination Preparation in Just One Week!


Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) is a set of Best Practices developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) intended to develop and improve processes and knowledge areas required in project management.
The PMBOK® Short Track combines the PMBOK® Foundation and PMP/CAPM Examination Preparation courses. The Foundation course focuses on acquiring and understanding the knowledge areas and related processes, while the Examination Preparation course provides guidance on preparing and practicing hundreds of sample questions, which actually helps the participants to successfully pass the examination.

OBJECTIVES

PMBOK® Foundation
 To provide a sound understanding of the PMI project management methodology.
 To clarify the relationships between the processes groups and knowledge areas.
 To get insight in the project life cycle and organization.
 To acquire the relevant practical skills and techniques of project management.

TARGET AUDIENCE

PREREQUISITES

At least three years experience in project management.

It is also recommended to read the Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide.
