Workshop: Building an Organizational Improvement Plan

Make a change, ensure the adherence and improve the daily performance

Engaging in organizational improvement and working to implement change can be a difficult process; it can be daunting and unpredictable. Managers often wonder where to begin, what to take into account, how to overcome resistance, and how to ensure the changes made will be successful.

The objective of this course is not limited to the presentation of how to build an organizational improvement plan, but also enable to people to understand when, where and why to improve. The objective also is to practice in conditions similar to a real environment and follow all the steps to build an improvement plan, from detecting the symptoms, defining the area, negotiating… to implementing and reviewing.
